Homework  02/10/14 

   Due in next Friday as homework will be given out on Mondays, due in on Fridays from now on.

We will be making a scaled model of Stonehenge in class and studying who built, when and why it was constructed. Your homework is to write a paragraph about Stonehenge, using the 5 W’s as a guide. (Who, what, when, where and why). I will be especially pleased if you can tell me anything about the most recent discoveries that have been made. It has been in the papers and on the television over the last few weeks..

Maths

We have been working on data handling this week and have studied frequency tables, forms of data collection, Carroll and venn diagrams as well as bar and line charts. Your homework is the following:

Neolithic Group – Interpreting line graphs challenge a to e, the first five questions.

Bronze Age Group – p50 and p51 of L4 Rising Stars, Grouping Data.

Iron Age group – p54 of L5 Rising Stars

Please work on the 7x table this week. Keep practicing your 3x, 4 and 6x tables and build up your knowledge. Remember to use your times tables tool box.
