Homework
05/05/15
Due in on Friday as homework will be given
out on Mondays.
English
You have a grammar revision checklist to take
home. Your revision challenge is to explain the terms or grammatical names to
as many family members and friends as possible this week. Record who listened
to you and ask them to sign in your homework book. Who will have collected the
most signatures by Friday? There will be a prize!
Please log on to our New Zealand blog and
write to one friend in New Zealand. Record in your homework book who you wrote
to and when. Record your replies, who wrote to you recently?
Maths – Neolithic, Bronze Groups
You have the fractions,
decimals and percentages equivalents chart, the revision checklist and imperial/metric,
g=kg equivalence etc chart. Do the same as the English homework and record in a
chart in your homework book who you have worked through these checklists with.
You have had plenty of time to know them (given to you at Christmas and a while
ago) so it should be just answering questions from family and friends. Do one
more G.Hammond and record any question that helped you.
Iron
Group
You
have a L6 glossary to ensure that you are familiar with all terms. Think
through your formulae and work through the same revision checklists as the rest
of the class too. Complete one more L6 G.Hammond and record what helped you.
Please ensure that you
have completed any backlog of online maths challenges, it will be good revision
too.
| Class 5 explored how the Cups Challenge works this week and enjoyed it. Well done everyone! |
